Need help with down payment???

I am a disabled mother of two my oldest has autisum and my father lives with me and is diabled. We rented a house going on 7 yrs and my daughters blood levels were really bad so the dr. suggested that maybe enviroment like mold causing her blood work to be off so they sent a service master out to do a walk through and and the home we are in is full of black mold. I got approved for a loan for a new modular and need a down payment of 10000 the landlord will not clean up the mold and they will include new furniture that the mold has ruined we have asked for months to fix this and will not do anything now the landlord has evicted us and we will be homeless by the 30th if we can not get the downpayment. I have been sick going on 7 weeks my face is swollen and my throat is always sore due to allergies and sinus infection. Please find it in your hearts to help us.
